Credit Acceptance, a leader in subprime auto-financing, needed a new visual identity that propelled the company into a new era following the celebration of their 50th anniversary. With over 4 million customers, this brand refresh needed to resonate with old and new driver’s alike.
The brand’s identity ultimately needed to speak to three audiences under the Credit Acceptance umbrella: the dealers they work with, the customers they serve, and the internal workforce. Therefore, this campaign needed a tone of voice and visual direction that went beyond the B2C. “Get Your Due” became the themeline that married the three entities together.
